Jong In Kim, PhD, is a professor in the Division of Social Welfare & Public Health Administrationat Wonkwang University. He holds a PhD at Seoul National University, Korea. He is President of The Korean Society of Health and Welfare in 2015. He has been elected Dean of the College of Social Science, and has been a Dean of the Graduate School of Health atWonKwang University. He has been also Chairman of the Korea Society of Dean Graduate School of Public Health. He has been a consulting member of The Presidential Commission on Policy Planning. 
He has extensive research experience as a Visiting professor at Harvard University, University of Auckland, University of Tokyo and Australian National University.

Dr. Elpiniki I Papageorgiou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Technical Educational Institute of Central Greece, Lamia, Hellas. She has been working for over thirteen years as researcher in several research projects related with the development of novel computational intelligence methodologies for decision support systems, intelligent algorithms for decision making, data analysis and mining, knowledge-based systems and expert systems. She has been actively involved in several research projects, European and National R&D, related with the development of new methodologies and learning algorithms based on fuzzy and artificial intelligent techniques for decision support systems in engineering, medicine, agriculture and environmentRecently she has worked in four European Research ProgramsFP6 and FP7, which are: FP7-ICT-2013-11 ISS-EWATUS, FP7-ICT-2011 USEFIL, FP7-ICT-2007-1 DEBUGIT, FP6-SESAME,focused on the development of decision support systems using intelligent/cognitive methodologies, fuzzy cognitive maps and data mining algorithms. Also, her strong relationship with external funding bodies and especially EU and national funding environments, gave her an experience in managing research teams in differentapplication domain projects.She was the main organizer of the previously accomplished Special Sessions on Fuzzy Cognitive maps during the FUZZ-IEEE conferences at 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 and has chaired three of them;moreover she served as a PC member for the same conferences. She was also Chair and main organizer of the 1st Workshop on FCMs held at Paphos, Cyprus in AIAI 2013. She is also a reviewer in many international journals, such as IEEE and Elsevier. 

She is author and co-author of more than 126publications in journals, conference papers and book chapters. 45of them are in journals with high Impact factors, such as IEEE Transactions, Expert Systems with Applications, and has more than 1253 citations from independent researchers (h-index=15 in scopus). Dr. ElpinikiPapageorgiou is the Editor of the Springer book “Fuzzy Cognitive Maps for Applied Sciences and Engineering - from fundamentals to extensions and learning algorithms”, IntelligentSystemsReferenceLibrary 54, Springer 2014. Her research interests span the areas of expert systems, fuzzy cognitive maps, soft computing methods, decision support systems, artificial intelligent algorithms, data mining and machine learning.

Junbo Wang joined Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Science in 2002 and is now Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Transducer 
Technolgoy and the deputy director of the Lab. He received his PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering 
from the Tsinghua University in 2002.  His research interests are in design, modeling and fabrication of micro structures, 
MEMS-based sensors as well as microfluidics.  Dr. Wang is the recipient of the 2008 Beijing Nova Program for research in transducer technology. 
He has publised more than 130 papers in MEMS or sensors and 8 issued patents in the area of MEMS-based sensors.

in the University of Coruña, Spain, where he has been since 1991. He got his PhD in Physics, in
1997, in the University of Santiago de Compostela. He is author of over 200 papers in international
books, journals and conference proceedings. Currently, he heads the research group VARPA
(Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition) in the University of Coruña, he also is responsible for
the area of medical image processing at the Institute of Biomedical Research of A Coruña (INIBIC).
He is currently the Director of Research Center for Information Technology and Communications

Dr. Md. Rajibur Rahaman Khan was born in Bangladesh. He received both BSc (Honours)

from Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh in 2003 and 2005, respectively. 
He obtained his PhD degree in Electronics Engineering (major in semiconductor and display 
engineering) from Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea in 2014. Dr. Khan is 
currently, a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Electronics Engineering, Kyungpook 
National University, Daegu, South Korea.
